Making exhibition success calculable
In order to quantify participation in a trade fair and compare the costs, AUMA has developed a cost-benefit calculator called MesseNutzenCheck in close cooperation with exhibiting companies and trade fair organisers.
By entering a few project data of the trade fair together with the costs and objectives, it is possible to calculate the efficiency of shows that have taken place as well as those still in the planning stage. A small number of figures thus clarify whether a trade fair has been economically effective or whether it will pay off.
MesseNutzenCheck is available in both offline and online versions, with the figures entered also in the online version only being stored on the users computer temporarily. Data security is thus guaranteed.

State support for trade fair participation
Under certain conditions, the federal states and the Federal Ministries for Economics and Technology (BMWi) and for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection (BMELV) offer German companies financial support at trade fairs both abroad and at home.
