mac. brand spaces, the specialists for live communication, have successfully completed the redesign of Hall 12.2 for Spielwarenmesse eG. “The appearance of the hall was raised to a new, modern level,” says Alexander Ody, Director Business Development at mac. “It was an exciting and special project.” The project was implemented on schedule last year. The work was successfully completed on time for the opening of the International Toy Fair in Nuremberg, which took place from January 30 to February 3.

Hall 12.2. at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center has been home to the Spielwarenmesse’s permanent tenants for two decades, covering an area of almost 14,000 square meters. The hall now has a fresh and modern look. The circulation areas have been
by mac, the foyer and entrance area have been redesigned and a consistent design concept with a uniform design language has been implemented.

“We successfully completed the interior work, the dismantling of the steel structures and the surface design. We placed particular emphasis on the use of modern and durable materials,” explains Ody. This included, for example, refreshing the floor coating, framing the corridor areas and, in particular, modernizing the entrance area to Hall 12.2. “We hope that Spielwarenmesse eG and all visitors to Spielwarenmesse enjoy the redesign,” says Ody.
