Euroshop | Düsseldorf

Short Brief

ITAB Shop-Konzept SE from Sweden helps its customers to turn brand experiences into reality with expertise, solutions and a large partner network. The range includes solution design, customized store fittings, checkout counters, customer guidance solutions, professional lighting systems and customer dialogue systems for retail stores.

EuroShop, which takes place every three years in Düsseldorf, is therefore the ideal platform to bring the market leader's claims and its performance expertise to life for customers, visitors and the trade in general with a high degree of emotionalization.

Our Solution

The overarching goal in designing the EuroShop stand experience was to engage with customers through an honest and humble design ethos, ensuring an immersive and memorable experience in a sustainable way for all visitors.

To achieve this goal, ITAB created an international team with the in-house solution design service at its core. mac. brand spaces has enjoyed the trust of ITAB Konzept SE for many years and was commissioned to once again plan and realize the developed space concept for the implementation. This ensured that all ideas represented the essence of ITAB while creating a true end-to-end story for all visitors. All areas of the 1,232m² stand were designed to be invitingly open, with multiple entry points that connected all solutions through scene setting and digital storytelling.

The spaces were linked by strong storytelling and results-oriented outcomes that created authentic spatial atmospheres for the end user in the application. This allowed different sales and store scenarios to be presented, reflecting the current challenges faced by retailers and illustrating holistic interactive solutions.

This method of applied design thinking and consistent implementation enabled the entire ITAB service offering to be presented, from the interior spaces to the lighting and retail technology applications.

All modules and elements are digitally connected via ITAB's Onred platform. It was developed specifically to make the retail experience accessible to all. An approach that not only helps to differentiate each retailer, but is also able to illustrate the return on investment (ROI). A networked space that helps to rethink retail. Together with the customers!

An unprecedentedly high visitor volume of over 28,000 leads as well as winning gold in the EuroShop People's Choice Award proved this impressively successfully.
