mac gives Hall 12.2. at the Spielwarenmesse a new look
mac. brand spaces, the specialists for live communication, are taking on the redesign of Hall 12.2 for Spielwarenmesse eG. “We are delighted about this exciting and special project,” says Alexander Ody, Director Business Development at mac. “We will raise the appearance of the hall to a new, modern level.” Implementation of the project is scheduled to begin this year and be completed by 2024.
Hall 12.2. at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center has housed the permanent tenants of the Spielwarenmesse for two decades on an area of almost 14,000 square meters. “The permanent stands are used by well-known toy companies, primarily for the Spielwarenmesse, but sometimes also as a showroom or event location during the year,” explains Ody.

mac is responsible for the redesign of the circulation areas and the conversion of the foyer with a consistent design concept and a uniform design language. “We are planning and carrying out the interior fit-out, the dismantling of the steel structures and the area design
design,” says Ody. This includes, for example, refreshing the floor coating, framing the corridor areas and, in particular, modernizing the entrance area to Hall 12.2. “We will give the whole thing a fresh, modern look,” says Ody. Particular emphasis will be placed on the use of modern and durable materials.
