mac implements brand launch for Zwiesel Fortessa Group
mac. brand spaces, the specialist for live communication, developed the stand concept for the Zwiesel Fortessa Group and successfully implemented it for the first time at Ambiente. Zwiesel Glas made its first appearance under the new umbrella of the ‘Zwiesel Fortessa Group’ following the merger with the U.S. company Fortessa Tableware Solutions. “We are delighted that we were able to accompany our long-standing customer on this milestone in the company’s history,” says Alexander Ody, Director Business Development at mac. Ambiente, the world’s leading trade fair for the consumer goods industry, ended a few days ago in Frankfurt.
The Zwiesel Fortessa Group is a leading global group in the tableware sector, consisting of the established companies Zwiesel Glas and Fortessa Tableware Solutions and the new full-service provider for the professional sector United Tables by Zwiesel, which was founded
in 2022. Alexander Ody says: “The particular challenge was to integrate the different brands under one brand umbrella, address their different target groups and at the same time ensure a consistent brand presence.”

Michael Eichinger, Head of Marketing, Product & Communications at Zwiesel Glas also says: “Together with mac, we were able to ensure a successful first appearance of the Zwiesel Fortessa Group. Following the joint implementation of the relaunch of our Zwiesel Glas brand in 2020 and the redesign of United Tables by Zwiesel in 2022, we are delighted that we were also able to take this step together with mac. The feedback from our national and international partners and customers on the stand and the presentation was extremely positive and therefore also a confirmation of the good and long-standing cooperation with mac.”.
The trade fair served as the first platform on which the “Zwiesel Fortessa Group” was actively introduced to the market. “With its outstanding brand presence, the company made a clear statement and stood out from the competition,” said Ody. Following last year’s success, Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld have been combined again this year. For four days, almost 5,000 exhibitors from 170 nations presented their wares on over 360,000 square meters.
