Record year 2023: mac generates turnover of 96 million euros
The mac Group, a specialist in live communication, achieved a record year with a turnover of 96 million euros in 2023. “All units achieved record figures,” says mac CEO Stefan Trieb. In addition to the company in Langenlonsheim near Bad Kreuznach, the Group also includes the
Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart branches, as well as the subsidiaries in Austria and Shanghai.
All customer segments increased their turnover last year. mac was able to acquire many new customers. “We impressed them with our positioning as a sustainable and digitally competent service provider,” says Trieb. With a high level of internal
added value in production and an equity ratio of around 60%, mac is also on a sound economic footing. This solidity and reliability were another reason for many exhibitors to choose mac. This applies
particularly after the coronavirus crisis caused major upheaval among service providers in the industry.

The expansion of the sustainability strategy in particular is paying off. “The demand for advice and concepts in this area is growing steadily. One question is: How sustainably can the appearance be produced and realized? There is also another aspect: the customer wants to

However, existing customers, some of whom have been with us for many years, have also shown great interest in live marketing over the past year. “Some have increased their participation in events and made them even more professional,” says Trieb. “How the customer presents themselves at the
trade fair, what the stand looks like, is the result of an intensive process,” explains Alexander Ody, Director Business Development. mac is the full-service provider for staging brands in space. “It’s all about storytelling and brand architecture, holistic consulting, developing and contouring entire brands in space,” says Ody.
