mac continues to grow

mac. brand spaces, the specialist for live communication, is looking to the full year 2025 with great confidence after a successful first half of the year. The company is targeting Group sales of 136 million euros for the 2025 financial year. This follows a strong 2024 with consolidated revenue of EUR 95.7 million and underlines the company’s continued growth trajectory. “This development is a success for our entire team,” emphasizes mac CEO Stefan Trieb. “In recent years, we have initiated many development processes together and under our own steam, broken new ground and sharpened our profile. The fact that we are now growing so stably, both organically and inorganically, is the result of consistent work in all areas.”

Above all, strategically planned brand presentations at leading international trade fairs and the increasing demand for sustainable concepts are driving business. The live communication specialist headquartered in Langenlonsheim benefits from its clear focus: in recent years, mac has evolved from a traditional stand builder to a full-service partner for live communication with a focus on consulting – with offerings ranging from sustainable brand architecture to hybrid formats and digital platform solutions.

The continuous development of the company is the result of a joint effort: New processes, new technologies and a modern corporate culture have been established step by step – with foresight and the necessary pragmatism. “We have invested heavily in our future – in sustainable processes, digital solutions and our production capacities,” says Trieb. “mac is a different company today than it was a few years ago – more creative, more agile, more sustainable. This change was only possible because our team supported and shaped it,” says Trieb. “Without the innovative strength and commitment of every single employee, mac would not be where we are today.”

Another strategic step was taken at the end of 2024 with the acquisition of Austrian company STANDout GmbH. Around 130 new employees, additional locations in Vienna and Salzburg and synergies in product development and advertising technology strengthen the Group in the DACH region. At the same time, mac is focusing on internationalization. With the locations in Shanghai and the office opened in Singapore in 2024, the company is represented in two key Asian markets – an advantage in an increasingly regionalized market environment.

One milestone in 2024 was the ISO 20121 certification for sustainable event management. mac. brand spaces is currently the first service provider in the industry to be fully certified along the entire value chain – from consulting to production and installation. This expertise is now in high demand, particularly from public-sector clients and international companies.

The fact that innovative strength and creativity go hand in hand at mac is demonstrated by the three German Design Awards and one BrandEx Award. The SCIENCE STUDIO for the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft and the roadshow “Stop Washing. Start Acting.” – Projects that combine design quality and sustainability in a special way

With around 550 employees worldwide, an expanded network of locations and a growth-oriented focus, mac. brand spaces believes it is well positioned. “We are convinced that presence formats will continue to play a central role in brand communication in the future – but in a new way: more sustainable, technologically smarter and individually designed. This is precisely where our strength lies,” summarizes Trieb.
