For BAU 2025, dormakaba wanted to present its high-quality security solutions in a booth that conveyed a sense of trust and quality. The aim was not only to showcase the brand, but also to create an atmosphere that conveyed calm, precision, and reliability. At the same time, the booth was designed to intelligently combine technology, aesthetics, and visitor guidance in order to present the complex products in an understandable and appealing way.
Our Solution
We developed a concept that combines warm wooden elements with a clear, harmonious color palette, giving visitors a feeling of reliability and closeness. The architecture of the stand was designed to ensure that both the products and the brand are equally visible, guiding visitors naturally through the space. Subtle lighting, generous spaces, and calm lines create a high-quality, almost meditative experience that underscores the technical precision of the products. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the presentation of the exhibits, supports the core message: dormakaba stands for security, trust, and innovative solutions.
The result is a trade fair appearance that not only communicates trust, but also makes it a tangible experience. The concept impressed visitors and the jury alike and was honored with the German Design Award 2026.
